What you'll do

• Lead accounts-receivable follow-up across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care payers
• evaluate AI-generated follow-up recommendations, claim-status inquiry outputs, and payer correspondence drafts
• manage electronic 276/277 EDI inquiries, payer portal follow-up, and phone-based resolution
• prioritize A/R queues
• resolve payment discrepancies, processing errors, and underpayments
• annotate AI outputs and provide structured feedback for training datasets.
