What you'll do

• Partner with the Director of Nursing to lead nursing staff
• support recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, supervision, and staff development
• oversee infection prevention and surveillance
• provide infection-control education
• support outbreak response
• oversee wound assessments and prevention
• monitor resident conditions and care plans
• participate in QAPI, audits, and investigations
• support regulatory survey readiness and corrective action plans.

Why this role
