What you'll do

• Pre-assemble resident trays and carts
• assist with food preparation and serve residents in skilled dining
• attend menu conferences and plan food quantities
• clean and wash small equipment
• supervise dietary aides and other cooks
• maintain dining-room cleanliness, transport dishes and trash, restock areas, and attend mandatory in-service meetings.
