What you'll do

• Set up the dish machine and pot-wash sinks
• wash and restock dishes, utensils, and equipment
• make and display desserts as needed
• complete temperature logs
• clean surfaces and equipment during and after meals
• clean walls, floors, and drains
• sweep and mop dining and kitchen areas
• maintain tables and condiments
• clean the broiler
• follow cleaning charts and safety standards
• and perform other assigned duties.

Why this role

The schedule typically rotates between 40 hours one week and 32 hours the next, with shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Availability is required Sunday–Saturday, including every third weekend and every third holiday.
