The Behavior Technician role is an onsite position located in Grand Rapids, MI. The starting pay is $17.00/hour, supporting the clinical team at Hope Network Behavioral Health. This role exists to provide one-on-one direct care to learners, teaching independent daily living skills and collecting behavioral data to support treatment goals.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one direct care with learners ages 18 months to 21 years while teaching independent daily living skills.
• Collect and record data on the learners’ behavior for skill acquisition and distressed behavior reduction goals.
• Collaborate and communicate with team members including the learners’ families.
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Follow individualized behavior programming.
• Adhere to diet, supplementation, and medication protocols per prescription/parent instructions.
• Complete documentation and billing both timely and accurately.
