What you'll do

• Maintain a safe culinary environment and follow infection-control procedures
• keep the kitchen and equipment clean and organized
• maintain safe food temperatures
• clean and store dishes
• prepare meals and snacks according to the menu and residents’ needs and preferences
• report supply shortages and equipment problems
• assist with Health Department inspections when they occur on shift.
