What you'll do

• Provide first-line and intermediate technical support
• configure, deploy, maintain, and support endpoint technologies
• administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Azure environments
• assist with endpoint management, patching, and compliance
• support onboarding and offboarding
• manage requests and documentation
• maintain asset records
• assist with cybersecurity awareness and basic network troubleshooting
• and identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
