The Staff Product Manager role is onsite in Mountain View, CA. Compensation is $180,000–$240,000 per year in base salary for the California range. The role supports Kodiak’s autonomous trucking platform and hardware ecosystem. The product manager defines product vision and roadmap across sensors, compute, and vehicle integration, aligning engineering and operational work with customer and deployment needs. The role owns the product lifecycle from requirements through deployment and iteration, helping scale autonomous trucking solutions.

What you'll do

• Set long-term product vision and roadmap for sensors, compute, and vehicle integration
• lead hardware-stack requirements and trade-offs
• analyze engineering, business, and regulatory factors
• align engineering, operations, supply chain, systems engineering, and perception teams
• own product lifecycle through deployment and iteration
• communicate roadmap and readiness to leadership, engineering, and customers
• mentor product managers
• travel 10–25% to deployment sites and hardware partners.
