Regional Director of Clinical Operations

Routine travel to assigned Pennsylvania locations is required.

What you'll do

• Provide onsite clinical support and guidance to nursing and interdisciplinary teams
• assist with clinical audits, quality assurance, and Pennsylvania Department of Health compliance
• collaborate with facility administrators, DONs, and corporate leadership to improve processes and resident outcomes
• support surveys, transitions, staff development, and performance improvement planning
• coach and train teams on nursing practices, documentation, and compliance
• participate in policy reviews and updates
• travel routinely to assigned locations.
