Service Business Unit Manager

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the Service Business Unit strategy
• pursue service, repair, aftermarket, and technical-services opportunities
• grow existing customer relationships
• monitor performance and improve financial results and customer satisfaction
• lead and develop service personnel
• oversee field service, warranty, and aftermarket support
• evaluate warranty claims
• develop and approve service quotations
• coordinate service activities across functions
• support technical problem resolution, training, and continuous improvement
• ensure compliance with company policies, quality, safety, and ISO 9001 processes.
