What you'll do

• Implement an individual’s Behavioral Support Plan under a Behavioral Consultant’s supervision
• deliver acute, short-term behavioral interventions for challenging behaviors that pose health or safety risks
• support transitions from institutional settings or prevent institutional placement
• use approved crisis intervention strategies
• provide services in homes or community settings, including day programs, and assist program staff with safety and behavioral strategies.
