Civil Technician I, Telecommunications Site Construction is a full-time, onsite role based in Wanamingo, MN, paying $18–$25 per hour. The position supports InfraServices’ telecommunications infrastructure and recovery work. Working under experienced civil technicians and foremen, the technician assists with ground construction at wireless telecommunications sites, including site layout, foundations, grounding, conduit and fiber, and landscaping. The role includes regular travel to job sites, potentially with overnight stays, and travel may reach 75%.

What you'll do

• Assist with cell-site layout and construction
• perform trenching, concrete work, rebar installation, grading, and land clearing
• install and connect grounding jumpers and cables
• maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and job sites
• complete timecards and safety documentation
• support technicians and foremen
• travel regularly to job sites.
