What you'll do
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to evening nursing staff
- collaborate with the DON and ADON on nursing operations and care standards
- conduct nursing rounds and coordinate follow-up
- monitor adherence to facility policies and responsibilities
- report resident condition changes to appropriate care team members
- promote communication and accountability
- assist with surveys, inspections, and regulatory compliance
- participate in quality assurance and performance improvement
- perform duties within the applicable RN or LPN license scope.
