What you'll do

• Lead and coach mechanical assembly technicians
• coordinate manpower and workflow against production schedules
• oversee installation, fit-up, and precision alignment of crane components
• verify tolerances and engineering specifications
• troubleshoot mechanical fit-up, alignment, vibration, and performance issues
• maintain inspection and quality documentation
• prepare assemblies for electrical installation and testing
• and promote safety compliance.
