What you'll do

• Lead and mentor 6–10 field technicians
• conduct training, skills verification, and quality checks
• oversee service obligations and work orders
• coordinate emergency response and 365-day coverage, including a monthly on-call rotation
• plan preventive maintenance
• prepare technicians and remotely guide troubleshooting
• dispatch subcontractors
• manage tools, resources, and budgets
• support hiring and skills assessments
• manage inventory, personnel hours, and technical practices.
