What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications
• provide daily living assistance including bathing, grooming, and toileting
• record vital signs
• assist with resident transfers and mobility
• document care outcomes
• communicate resident condition changes to the charge nurse
• provide housekeeping and laundry services
• support wellness and recreational programs.
