• Perform job cost accounting and weekly subsistence processing
• maintain accounting records

• post general-ledger transactions
• prepare audit documents and routine reports
• complete prequalification reporting
• cross-train and back up accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• assist with annual tax documents and accounting projects
• provide general office support.
