Uses independent judgment in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating activities of nursing staff engaged in resident plan of care. Evaluates care provided and keeps care plans current. Leads the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process. Completes resident assessments upon admission, quarterly, and annually.
