What you'll do

• Manage responses to customer and internal security and technical questions
• maintain and improve the Trust Center
• collaborate with Engineering, Product, go-to-market, and Information Security teams
• review customer contracts and provide feedback on security clauses with Legal and Sales
• maintain customer trust systems
• develop and refine AI prompts and automated workflows for security information.
