What you'll do

• Conduct sales consultations and follow up with prospective clients
• maintain client, prospect, and referral data in the CRM
• build relationships with VIP contacts and referral partners
• lead, coach, and train the Client Relations/Sales team
• track sales metrics and KPIs
• monitor CRM documentation
• improve the Care Call strategy and client retention
• partner with firm leadership on sales strategies and training
• represent the firm at networking and referral events.
