Regional Field Sales Manager

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop field sales representatives
• recruit, onboard, and train sales talent
• conduct one-on-ones, pipeline reviews, ride-alongs, and performance coaching
• own regional new-logo revenue and quota attainment
• execute territory strategies
• support prospecting, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing
• manage pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot
• collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, customer success, and onboarding.
