The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid role is hybrid in Smyrna, TN, combining remote and in-person services, with compensation of $70–$85 per hour. Blossom ABA Therapy’s collaborative clinical team provides services based on client and program needs. The BCBA assesses clients, develops and updates treatment plans, and uses clinical data to guide evidence-based decisions. The role also supervises behavior technicians and collaborates with caregivers and other professionals to support consistent care and client progress across settings.

What you'll do

• Conduct assessments and reassessments
• develop treatment plans and update programs
• provide telehealth and in-person clinical services based on client and program needs
• analyze clinical data and make evidence-based treatment decisions
• supervise RBTs and BTs through observation, coaching, training, and performance feedback
• collaborate with caregivers, families, and other professionals
• maintain timely documentation in accordance with payer, privacy, telehealth, and state requirements
• communicate service-related barriers proactively. Requires current BCBA certification and an active Tennessee LBA.
