The Lead Youth Development Specialist role is onsite in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The posting states pay of $24–$26.50 per year. The role supports St. Charles Youth & Family Services’ youth programs in a 24-hour care environment. The Lead helps youth practice skills and meet service-plan goals while supporting staff coaching, daily programming, and safe, productive learning and living environments. The role also coordinates with the Program Manager, school staff, and clinical team to support youth needs.

What you'll do

• Assist with training and coaching Youth Development Specialist staff
• work one-on-one with clients as needed
• provide instructional and behavioral support
• monitor school attendance and provide instruction in a teacher’s absence if needed
• facilitate activities and groups
• document client activity
• attend child and family team meetings
• support medication self-administration documentation
• maintain client confidentiality.
