The Lead Mechanic role is onsite in Lihue, Hawaii. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional field work and travel between sites. The work includes diagnostics, preventive maintenance, component replacement, records, and travel to other stations as needed.

What you'll do

• Diagnose, inspect, and repair diesel and gas trucks, vans, and heavy-duty equipment including ground support equipment
• perform DOT inspections and preventive maintenance
• replace components across drivetrain, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emissions, brake, and hydraulic systems
• perform mobile repairs
• track parts inventory and repair records
• travel to other stations as needed.
