Payroll Specialist

What you'll do

• Process payroll using systems such as Ultipro and PeopleSoft
• calculate and withhold payroll taxes
• maintain employee, tax, and benefits deduction records
• reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with HR and finance
• prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports
• respond to employee payroll inquiries
• assist with internal and external audits
• review processes for accuracy and efficiency.

Why this role
