The Grocery Purchasing Assistant role is onsite in Golden, CO, with compensation of $27 per hour. Natural Grocers’ purchasing team supports grocery assortments, products, promotions, pricing, and store-level coordination. The role helps Category Managers maintain accurate, timely, and compliant execution across stores. It supports assortment and planogram updates, new-product and vendor processes, ordering and inventory activities, and promotional and pricing work.

What you'll do

• Support planogram and assortment maintenance
• analyze assortment data and provide recommendations
• maintain site-specific item information
• assist with new-product screening, documentation, vendor setup, quality reviews, and compliance
• support ordering, inventory reviews, recalls, returns, promotions, pricing updates, and discrepancy resolution
• communicate with stores, vendors, brokers, and internal partners.
