What you'll do

• Prepare workstations and gather ingredients and supplies
• measure and prepare ingredients
• bake cakes, cheesecakes, pies, cookies, and other desserts according to recipes
• monitor baking times and temperatures
• check ingredient and finished-product quality
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• maintain a sanitized baking station
• follow food-safety procedures
• support production teammates during peak periods
• record hours worked accurately.
