What you'll do

• Lead ABA therapy delivery in an in-center environment
• provide daily guidance, coaching, and clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians
• develop and oversee individualized, assent-based behavior plans
• conduct scheduled onsite parent training
• monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions
• maintain clinical documentation and compliance with professional standards
• promote ethical, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming practices.
