What you'll do

• Operate wheel loaders or tracked heavy equipment to move and process railcars and scrap materials
• operate skid steers or forklifts to stage and palletize small parts
• load and unload materials
• perform basic maintenance
• communicate with team members and customers
• inspect equipment and maintain daily records
• for Level IV operators, plan and prioritize jobsite tasks, lead other employees, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
