What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including OASIS documentation for Medicare-certified episodes
• develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
• administer medications and treatments as ordered
• monitor progress and communicate changes in condition
• provide wound care and other skilled nursing interventions
• educate patients, families, and caregivers
• maintain timely clinical documentation
• coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• comply with Medicare, state, and company policies.

Why this role

An active Florida RN license, current CPR/BLS certification, and OASIS experience are required. A valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation are also required; home-health experience is preferred but not required.
