What you'll do

• Define testing strategy, governance frameworks, plans, schedules, resource plans, and release criteria. Manage functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing
• monitor coverage and progress
• coordinate defect triage and resolution
• and report quality metrics and release readiness. Lead and mentor testing staff, collaborate with stakeholders, establish QA standards and dashboards, and drive automation, CI/CD integration, shift-left testing, and Agile/DevOps practices.
