Customer Outreach Representative

The Customer Outreach Representative role is onsite in Framingham, MA, Monday through Friday during standard hours. Pay is $20 per hour. The role supports a strategic customer adoption initiative within the client’s Accounts Receivable organization.

What you'll do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to customers enrolled in the online payment portal who are not actively using it. Explain portal features, benefits, and payment options
• encourage adoption and engagement
• assist with registration, login, and navigation questions
• follow call scripts, outreach procedures, and escalation guidelines
• and accurately document call activity, customer feedback, and outcomes. A high school diploma or GED, outbound customer-service calling experience, and computer-system experience are required.
