What you'll do

• Provide inbound and outbound telephone customer service for billing questions
• review and enter data accurately
• learn and use proprietary systems
• administratively review medical notes and bills
• determine whether payment and charge rates align with appointment types and contracted amounts
• research bill history and resolve customer questions
• meet departmental production and quality expectations.
