What you'll do

• Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
• record room, tax, store, and pet-fee charges according to policy
• respond to guest questions and concerns
• complete the Night Audit Checklist and maintain cash logs, call logs, paperwork, and front-desk logs
• perform some cleaning and laundry
• follow safety and security protocols, inspect the property, and report hazards.
