Job overview

The Line Cook / Prep Cook role is onsite in Kansas City, MO, with pay of $15–$16 per hour. The position supports Minsky’s kitchen team in preparing pizzas, appetizers, and other menu items to recipe and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Prepare, stretch, top, and bake pizzas, appetizers, and house specialties
• operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely
• chop ingredients, portion toppings, and batch sauces
• keep stations stocked
• maintain a clean and sanitized workspace
• assist with cleanup, dishwashing, and station teardown
• and coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teammates.
