The therapist provides assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic intervention, referral, and follow-up for children and adolescents. The role builds partnerships with students, families, school personnel, and community partners and supports school-wide mental health promotion and crisis response efforts.

What you'll do

  • Provide mental health services to youth ages 5–21
  • conduct screenings, assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
  • provide individual services and group services when appropriate
  • support prevention, referral, and follow-up
  • build relationships with students, families, school personnel, and community partners
  • participate in school-wide promotion and outreach
  • support crisis response with school administration and multidisciplinary teams
  • maintain EMR documentation and comply with professional, ethical, and mandated reporting requirements.
