What you'll do

• Serve as a super-user and specialist for the company land database, including data entry, reporting, and training
• calculate payments and other financial obligations
• mentor others
• coordinate land-file due diligence for asset acquisitions or dispositions
• prepare legal descriptions and drawings
• prepare permit, license, and renewal applications
• analyze land rights and obligations related to pipeline and facility abandonment and retirement. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least six years of land records management/data systems and title specialist experience
• bachelor's degree preferred.
