What you'll do

• Greet patients and provide instructions or directions
• schedule and reschedule appointments
• maintain physician schedules across locations
• obtain information for medical advisories
• process and transfer calls using a multi-line phone system
• maintain an orderly workspace
• attend required meetings and maintain confidentiality of patient account status.
