What you'll do

• Plan and manage maintenance and repair services for roads, buildings, and infrastructure
• provide quality control, inventory management, recordkeeping, and reporting
• manage contract compliance and communication with contract personnel
• supervise, hire, train, develop, counsel, and review employees
• develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• ensure corrective maintenance is recorded in the contract management system.

Why this role

Requires at least three years of facilities maintenance, roads, or grounds experience, including one year in a supervisory role, and a high school diploma or GED. Class A license, Hazmat endorsement, federal security clearance, and valid driver’s license may be required depending on local, state, or contract requirements. Travel between facilities may be required.
