What you'll do
- Assess, plan, organize, implement, and evaluate the Nurse Aide Training Program
- provide hands-on clinical orientation and instruction to unlicensed personnel
- conduct or coordinate new employee and CPR training
- assess resident needs in relation to staff abilities and design training
- complete and maintain required training documentation
- monitor employee performance and address compliance issues
- plan and conduct required in-service programs
- conduct nursing assistant certification or training programs
- coordinate OSHA and risk management documentation
- assist with department budget preparation and expenditures.
