What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill ICU patients
• monitor condition changes
• administer medications and treatments according to orders
• assess and document patient status
• collaborate with the healthcare team
• follow patient-safety and infection-control procedures
• educate patients and families as appropriate
• assist with emergency interventions
• communicate during handoffs
• and float to other units as required.
