Support Specialist, Integration

The Support Specialist, Integration role is hybrid in Irvine, CA, with onsite work each Tuesday and Wednesday. Compensation is $24.04–$33.65 per hour. What you'll do

• Troubleshoot customer reports and provide solutions
• explain non-POS integration functions
• route unrelated issues to appropriate teams
• diagnose and document software defects and escalate them
• participate in live chats
• manage a personal ticket queue
• identify gaps in self-help documentation
• support new integrations
• use approved AI and other tools to improve work and verify outputs.
