The Front Desk Receptionist role is onsite in Winter Park, FL. Compensation is $16–$20 per hour. The position supports Bodenvy’s non-invasive body contouring, weight loss, and wellness treatments by providing a welcoming client experience. As the first point of contact, the receptionist helps keep client visits and daily operations organized by managing appointments and check-ins, maintaining records, processing payments, and coordinating with treatment providers, sales consultants, and management.

What you'll do

• Greet clients and provide a positive customer experience
• manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling
• answer calls and client inquiries
• confirm and reschedule appointments
• maintain client records and paperwork
• process payments and perform administrative tasks
• keep the reception area clean and organized
• communicate with treatment providers, sales consultants, and management
• assist with client follow-ups and reminders
• support additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Why this role

Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience is preferred. Experience in a med spa, medical office, or wellness center is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is also a plus.
