What you'll do

• Provide spiritual and emotional support regardless of religious affiliation
• offer individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and bereavement support
• conduct or coordinate requested spiritual services, memorials, or rituals
• participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care planning
• support staff through transitions, critical incidents, and emotional fatigue
• serve as a cultural and ethical liaison.
