What you'll do
- Provides professional nursing care for residents.
- Administers medications or treatments as ordered.
- Contributes to resident assessment.
- Documents resident interactions and outcomes.
- Communicates resident's changing condition to the charge nurse.
- Provides technical support to healthcare professionals.
- Counsels residents and family members on prevention and treatment plans.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
What we're looking for
- Education
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Experience
- Minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility.
