What you'll do

• Provide direct resident care according to care plans and supervisor direction
• assist with grooming, bathing, dressing, and oral care
• change bed linen
• ambulate, transfer, turn, and position residents
• record vital signs, weights, intake, output, and food consumption as assigned
• observe and report condition changes
• support hydration and meals
• answer call lights
• assist with staff orientation and training as requested
• follow health, sanitation, and infection-control policies.
