Electrical Manpower Manager — Nationwide Field Operations

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily manpower and crew assignments based on project needs and employee skills
• travel to jobsites nationwide to support crews and operational issues
• promote and enforce safety standards and PPE compliance
• manage field tools, equipment, and workforce resource needs
• monitor employee performance and assist with training and development
• address morale, jobsite, and communication concerns
• assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention.
