What you'll do

• Supervise and coach scheduling staff

• provide onsite training and coaching across the assigned region
• audit processes and documentation
• identify and route potentially eligible patients
• perform appointment and follow-up scheduling
• maintain accurate patient records
• resolve scheduling conflicts and concerns.
