Direct Support Professional — Day Program

The Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Uncasville, CT, with pay of $18.25 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist with daily needs including eating, grooming, restroom use, and safe movement
• model and support communication, social interaction, and daily-living skills
• lead group and one-on-one activities
• support community outings and volunteer activities
• drive the company van to transport participants
• follow health, behavior, and emergency procedures
• document activities, progress, and incidents
• attend training and follow program policies and regulations.
