What you'll do

• Survey residents about relocation needs
• convene resident and community meetings
• prepare and distribute notices
• provide relocation counseling in compliance with applicable regulations
• coordinate information among HOU, property management, clients, and residents
• maintain files, databases, and tracking reports
• notify and support residents before moves
• coordinate moves and related tasks
• work with contractors and property teams
• address accommodation needs and connect residents with local services and resources.
